NIAC Power
NIAC Power is our in- house power lifting competition! It's a chance for powerlifters to show off their strength, fine tune their lifts and interact with other athletes across Idaho and Washington. This is one of NIAC's most public and popular events of the year!
NIAC’s Friday night Meathead Hour (6pm-8pm) is a great place to practice your lifts!

Fullsterkur
Fullsterkur, meaning “full strength”, is NIAC’s strongman competition. This competition features events like log press, atlas stones, yoke runs and sandbag throws. Strongman is a growing community at NIAC and hopes to be the central hub for strongman athletes in Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington.
NIAC strongman class is the perfect way to prep for this competition.
-
Moscow Mayhem
Moscow Mayhem consists of 3 preliminary events that have a mixture of Olympic weightlifting, cardio and calisthenics, such as handstand pushups, rope climbs and clean and press. The top athletes from each category, scaled and RX, compete in a final event to determine the winner.
Our GPP class prepares athletes to compete in this style of competition.

Active & Able
Active and Able is NIAC's ode to the events supported by the Special Olympics. We take the opportunity to open up the gym specifically for our community members with different abilities and give them a safe space to compete and be cheered on in events like biking, running and rowing.
