  • BLAKE TAYLOR

    Hi. I’m Blake Taylor, owner alongside my wife Tia, strongman coach and Director of Personal Training at NIAC. I studied Sports Science and Psychology at Washington State University. I'm also certified as a NASM Personal Trainer. I have played college basketball, served in the U.S. Army and competed in several bodybuilding and strongman competitions. 

    I believe diet and exercise are the foundation to a happy and fulfilling life. I have a deep understanding of nutrition and physiology. My training style is focused on strength, functional movements and body sculpting. I place a big emphasis on form, function and challenging yourself. Nothing motivates me more than sharing the knowledge I have learned over the years and seeing my clients grow and progress.

    Whatever your background, body type, history or motivation, if you have a goal, I’m here to help you achieve it!

    I moved to Pullman in 2008 with my husband and have fallen in love with all that the Palouse has to offer. My days are spent adventuring with my four boys and one daughter. I do my best to keep them moving. I love lifting, running, biking, swimming, reading, traveling and doing anything that will keep my family busy and active. 

    I have my Personal Training certification through American Council of Exercise, as well as my Orthopedic Exercise Specialist certification and am USA Weightlifting Level I Sports Performance Certified. I have been at North Idaho Athletic Club since early 2010, teaching Spin, Group fitness classes, and Personal Training.

    With a dedication to family and friends, my training techniques reflect my own passion for doing all that you want in life with those that you love the most.

  • Annie Rench

    Hi, I’m Annie. Wife, mom, personal trainer and health coach. I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years.

    I earned a degree in Sport Science back in 2007, and since then have been training clients, teaching group fitness, and doing health and nutrition consulting for men and women of all ages and walks of life. I have extensive experience with distance running, Pilates, CrossFit style training, Olympic Weightlifting, as well as nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I’ve truly done it all and seen it all.

    I’m here to help you cut through all the conflicting info and fad diets and figure out a health and fitness plan that will actually work for YOU, and work long term.

    I have been in the fitness world for 18 years, starting out in high school. I have competed in and won several local and national level powerlifting competitions, and I am an International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation Professional athlete (IFBBPro).

    I love pushing myself to new heights. This dedication is consistently applied to my training. For 8 years I have guided my clients to achieve their goals. I am a versatile ACE certified trainer who can help you increase strength and flexibility, reduce body weight, and increase injury prevention.

    My client’s goals are my priority, and I can’t wait to help you reach yours!

    I’m Katelyn, a NASM-certified personal trainer and exercise science graduate who’s passionate about making strength training accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

    I wasn’t always athletic – I fell in love with weightlifting because it helped me improve my mental well-being and body image. I would love to share that experience with others. The gym can be an intimidating place, and my goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can create a strong body and strong mind.

     Hey, I'm Jenny Chapman, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Physique & Bodybuilding Coach.

    I enjoy teaching women that building toned muscle can be fun and feminine. My goal is to encourage you to approach exercise with a mindset of love for your body and a desire to challenge yourself mentally and physically.

    Even if you’ve never stepped foot on a weight room floor, I would love to teach you how to build and shape a physique you feel proud of without endless cardio workouts.

    My name is Katelynne and I've been personal training for a little under a year along teaching group classes and working with athletes at Washington State University.

    I enjoy all types of fitness from athletic performance, strength training, running, Hyrox training, powerlifting and yoga! Something that drew me into training and fitness is learning that there is a spot for everyone!

    My goals are to help everyone find their spot, enjoy moving their body, creating habits that improve mental/physical health and overall finding the best version of themselves!
